The District Chief Executive DCE for Fanteakwa South District has taken a significant step towards improving healthcare accessibility in the District by initiating the construction of an ultra-modern Community-Based Health Planning and Services (CHPS) centre, located in Juaso.
Speaking at the Ceremony, Hon. Ernest Ofosu, explained the sod-cutting ceremony which marks the commencement of the project reflects the government dedication to enhancing healthcare services and making them easily accessible to residents of Juaso in the Fanteakwa South District aims to address the challenges faced by community members in Juaso who currently endured journeys to access medical care and emphasized the importance of the CHPS centre in bringing essential healthcare services closer to the people and noting upon completion, the facility will eliminate the need for residents to travel distance.
In Furtherance, Barima Kofi Amaniapong ll, Chief of Akyem Juaso, stressed, the cry of the good people of Akyem Juaso Constituancy has finally being heeded after Grounds Break for the commencement of (CHPS) Centre in the Fanteakwa South Constituancy in the Eastern Region and underscored his unwavering commitment to improving healthcare delivery in the Community h, when highlighted the unprecedented efforts made since NPP government assumed office and additionally, urged the community members to support the Projects for fast delivery within it duration time, whiles complementing the efforts of the DCE’S effort in improving healthcare infrastructure in the area.
Conclusively, Mr. Boabeng Bismark, the Operations Manager of North-Well Construction Company Limited therefore called for cooperation of the Residents and assured the work on the Project would be completed early before schedule time.
