Corruption remains a significant challenge to the development and progress of our nation, which is mainly caused by the structure of our economy and which is also based on the flaws in the 1992 constitution.
A thorough and inclusive constitutional review process is vital in addressing systemic
issues and building a framework that promotes accountability, equity, and justice for all Ghanaians.
We urge the President-Elect and the NDC to prioritize this promise and work
collaboratively with civil society, legal experts, and the Ghanaian populace to ensure
that the constitutional review process is transparent, participatory, and impactful.
