
The Newly Approved Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Ga West, John Desmond Sowah Nai has pledged to make President John Dramani Mahama’s “reset agenda” come to life to ensure relief for the people of the Ga West Municipality.
In a heartfelt speech after his endorsement, Mr. Nai thanked President John Dramani Mahama for entrusting him with such a position.
According to him, this position marks the beginning of relief for the people of Ga West as he is going to ensure the Municipality takes advantage of various opportunities in the Youth Manifesto.
“We are here to fulfill the Manifesto of the President, to ensure relief for all residents of Ga West, to ensure we take advantage of the President’s Manifesto, especially for the youth,” he said.

“Adwumawura, the one million coders, Youth in Agriculture, all the good things.”
Mr. Nai also pledged to work hard to improve the infrastructure of Ga West, stressing the need to improve the conditions of roads, schools and hospitals.
We will like to see development. We will like to see that we improve the state of our schools, our hospitals, and the roads.”

He pledged to work closely with the Member of Parliament for Amasaman Constituency, Sedem Afenyo, to fix all deplorable roads in the Municipality.
“We have about 1680km roads in Amasaman West but only 5 percent are motorable and up to standard,” he revealed.
“Together with the MP, we will ensure that we will fill the chains and we will make sure that Ghana wins, Amasaman wins.”

Mr. John Desmond Sowah Nai seized the opportunity to thank the people of Ga West, the Member of Parliament for Amasaman Constituency, Sedem Afenyo, and all his supporters, promising not to let anyone down.
