FUTURE GENERATIONS URGES TO TAKE PRIDE IN THE RICH CULTURE HERITAGE PASSED DOWN BY THE ANCESTORS
The Chief of Kwahu Tafo has encouraged the future generations to take pride in the rich culture heritage passed down to them by their ancestors like a Historic “Nanteɛ Festival”that showcase the history and major rich Traditional Culture heritage of the people in the Community.
Speaking at the event Nana Kwasi Opoku Mintah ll,the Chief of Kwahu Tafo also Kwahu-Twafohene,_ expressed, the “Nanteɛ Festival” was instituted with the intentions of displaying cultural dance and traditional drumming to showcase the reflect identity of the people of Kwahu Tafo that explore the vibrant traditions and festive energy to improve or maintain overall health since it’s the most simple, accessible form of exercise to better numerous health benefits.
Additionally Nana Opoku Mintah ll,further stressed, walking with friends and family or in a group also fosters social connections with Unity, cultivating relationships, alleviates stress, supports well-being and also help reduce stress to improving healthy lifestyle as well as promote fitness and energize the people in unity.
In furtherance, Nana Mintah llsaid, the “Nanteɛ Festival” engages with cultural dance display and traditional drumming heritage to showcase the reflect identity of the people of Kwahu Tafo that explore the vibrant traditions and festive energy.
