DESIST FROM LABELLING YOUR OLD-AGED MOTHERS AS WITCHES,QUEEN-MOTHER ADVISES
The Queenmother of Kwahu Obomeng,Nana Ohemaa Yaakwei ll, commending the efforts of mothers during the Easter celebration by organizing health talk and screening in collaboration with Owen Foundation and Kwahu Professionals for aged people in Kwahu Obomeng.

Ohemaa Yaakwei used the occasion to urged Ghanaians, especially the youth, to refrain from denouncing their mothers during their old age, stated that practice of tagging old women as witches must stop.

On her part, Madam Vivian Kwakyewaa,Executive member of both Owen Foundation and Kwahu Professionals, and on behalf of Owen Foundation and Kwahu Professionals,she also took the opportunity to advise mothers to be independent, strong and willing to endure challenging times in order to take care of themselves.
In furtherance, revealed that many old age people experience many challenges they goes through during their period, so therefore advised the youth out there to take care of their old age parents in other for them to also receive the same treatment when it’s their turn.
