*UNPAF AFRICA HOLDS SUCCESSFUL GENERAL ASSEMBLY CONFERENCE MEETING AND COMMISSIONS REV. FR. ANDREW CAMPBELL AS AFRICA ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER*

The United Nations Peace Ambassadors Foundation Africa LBG [UNPAF Africa] successfully convened its _General Assembly Conference Meeting_ on Friday, 26th June 2026 at the RIDMA Hotel, Weija-Accra.

The high-level meeting brought together Chiefs, Queenmothers, Youth Leaders, Security Agencies, Diplomats, and Development Partners under the theme: _“Together for Peace. Together for Africa. Together for Development.”_

1. *Weija Gbawe Municipal Fire Service*
2. *Weija Gbawe District Police Command*
3. *Weija Gbawe Municipal Ambulance Service*

Their presence underscored UNPAF’s commitment to the _“Homowo Peace & Security Network”_ — integrating traditional, civic, and emergency institutions for safer communities before, during, and after Homowo Festival 2026.

A major highlight of the Assembly was the _Commissioning and Investiture_ of _Very Reverend Father Andrew Campbell_ as _Africa Advisory Board Member_ of UNPAF Africa LBG.

Rev. Fr. Campbell, a respected voice for peace, interfaith harmony, and community development in Ghana and across Africa, now joins UNPAF’s continental advisory team to provide moral leadership, strategic counsel, and advocacy for SDG 16: Peace, Justice & Strong Institutions, and AU Agenda 2063.

Speaking at the ceremony, _HRM Ambassador Nana Sultan Adamu Mohammed, Founder & Africa Executive Chairman, UNPAF Africa_ stated:
> “Rev. Fr. Andrew Campbell’s life of service to God, humanity, and peace makes him a natural fit for UNPAF’s mission. His voice will help us build bridges across faiths, ethnicities, and generations as we launch the _‘Homowo Peace & Security Network’_ for a safer Homowo 2026 and beyond.”
