The United Nations Peace Ambassadors Foundation (UNPAF) Ghana has donated essential learning materials to pupils of Ajumako Methodist Basic School in the Central Region.

The items, which included exercise books, pencils, erasers, long rulers, and sharpeners, are aimed at boosting the morale of underserved students and supporting their academic journey.

Leading the delegation was the National Chairman of UNPAF Ghana, HRM Ambassador Nana Sultan Adamu Mohammed, who also serves as the Apagyahen of the Ajumako Traditional Area.

He explained that the gesture was made possible through the support of the Global Chairman of UNPAF, Dr. Kingsley C. Ossai.

According to him, the donation reflects UNPAF’s broader mission of improving the lives of people impacted by crises and conflicts, while promoting peace through conflict resolution, education, and humanitarian relief projects.

HRM Ambassador Nana Sultan Adamu Mohammed explained that this initiative underscores the Foundation’s commitment to education as a tool for peace and development.

He says he believes that by supporting young learners today, the Foundation is nurturing future leaders who will foster inclusivity and tranquility in society.

Teachers and pupils of the school expressed gratitude to UNPAF Ghana for the timely intervention, describing it as a motivation to work harder and achieve academic excellence.

The organization reaffirmed its pledge to continue rolling out projects that promote education, peacebuilding, and humanitarian support across Ghana and beyond.
