The Telegraph Online is set to host the third edition of its annual Football Gala at Adjen Kotoku in the Ga West Municipality this December.
The much-anticipated two-day event will be held on Wednesday, December 24, and Thursday, December 25, 2025, at the Adjen Kotoku Presby School Park, beginning at 9:00 a.m. each day.
Since its inception, the gala has become a tradition for the people of Adjen Kotoku and surrounding communities, bringing together youth, football lovers, and families in what has grown into a local sporting festival.
According to a press statement by the outlet, “This year’s edition, organizers say, “promises to be even bigger and more impactful.”
“Our gala seeks to bring together youth, football lovers, and the wider community in an atmosphere of unity, entertainment, and development,” said Charles Mensah Nyamedi, Managing Director of thetelegraphonlinegh.com.
“Over the years, it has grown into a recognized community event that draws large audiences and media attention.”
He added that the team is working to secure sponsorship to make the event a success.
“To make this year’s event successful, we are seeking sponsorship support. Every contribution, whether partial or substantial, will go a long way in ensuring the success of this community initiative,” Mr. Nyamedi said.
The budget for the gala is estimated at GHS 10,838, covering logistics such as trophies, medals, water, sound systems, banners, and live coverage.
Sponsorship opportunities include brand exposure on flyers, social media, live coverage, and recognition at the opening and closing ceremonies.
“By partnering with us, companies will enjoy extensive visibility and a lasting association with a positive, community-driven initiative,” Mr. Nyamedi added.
The third edition of The Telegraph Online Football Gala is expected to attract strong participation and reinforce its place as one of the most exciting festive events in the Adjen Kotoku area.
