MCE LEADS SANITATION DRIVE FOR CLEANER ENVIRONMENT.
The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Kwahu West Municipal Assembly, Hon. Tamimu Halidu has led a number of assembly staff in a clean-up exercise aimed at enhancing sanitation, beautifying the environment, and improving public health in the municipality
In his remarks, after the exercise, Hon. Tamimu Halidu,emphasized the importance of maintaining a clean environment as it’s fundamental to good health and community well-being, noting cleaner surroundings not only improve public health but also contribute to the attractiveness and economic potential of the Municipaiity.
On his part,Mr. Diamond Kwame Amedonu Kwahu West Municipal Health Director, (MEHO) exercise forms part of a broader initiative to instill a culture of environmental cleanliness and responsibility among residents as part of efforts to enhance public health and environmental hygiene in the Municipaiity.
He called on all stakeholders to actively embrace and partake in the exercise, adding a cleaner, healthier Municipality is possible through unity and sustained action.
