Education, over 50 tertiary students in Atwima Nwabiagya South get MP-funded scholarships
Over Fifty needy but brilliant tertiary students in Atwima Nwabiagya South have received scholarships from Hon. Shirley Kyei (aka Maame Tiwaa), through her MPs’ Common Fund as they pursue higher education.
The awards were presented at a ceremony in the municipality is part of the Member of Parliament core vission to support academic progress and raise education standards
The Member of Parliament for Atwima Nwabiagya South alluded that the scheme is designed to lift the constituency’s education profile and urged beneficiaries to take their studies seriously. She pledged yearly renewal until completion of their courses.
Nana Amoako Pokuaa, Atwima Nwabiagya Municipal Education Director, counseled students to stay focused, stressing the importance of discipline and results.
Recipients thanked the member of Parliament,Shirley Kyei for the financial assistance and promised to put in hard work to make Atwima Nwabiagya South proud.
