DON’T DEPEND ON WHITE-COLLAR JOBS, CREATE YOUR JOBS – NKOSUOHENE FOR AKYEM MOSEASO ADVISES

The Nkosuohene of Akyem Moseaso, who doubles as CEO of Capital View Hotel, Nana Dwomo Brobbey has encouraged Ghanaian youths particularly fresh graduates, looking for employment opportunities in the government sector to rather make the effort of creating their jobs to become Enterprenuer and stop chasing white-collar jobs.

Speaking at a gathering, he mentioned that “globally, the industrious people are mainly private entrepreneurs and not from public sector and it’s time for the unemployed youth, especially the graduates, to endeavour to create own businesses.

According to Nana Dwomo Brobbey, most of the wealthy people in society are entrepreneurs, and anyone who can put his creativity into action and create his jobs enriches themselves.

He made the call, stressing, white collar jobs are not the only jobs one can do. So therefore, one should not be over-reliant on the government to create jobs adding, the unemployment situation among the youth in the country is getting very frightening and dangerous to be addressed, hence advised the youth to engage in creating own job to become Enterprenuers.

For the Furtherance of his speech, he used the occasion to advise employees of private campanies to be loyal and honest towards their employers while working under them.

Saying they should put the interests of their employer first by respecting and exhibits the duty of loyalty based on the ideas an employer showcases regardless of the industry.

He lamented some employees especially, Ghanaians’ behavior of lying or being dishonest about stealing from their employers recently getting out of hand and it’s gradually damaging or harming most employers businesses.
