Heavy rainfall has destroyed properties and over ten thousands of chickens locking up under a shelter at Mfum Farms at Atwima Mim in the Atwima Nwabiagya south municipality of the Ashanti Region.
The chief executive officer of Mfum Farms, Nana Akwasi Nfum is calling on the government to come to their aid to save the live chickens now locked up under the shelter.
Speaking to media newsmen in an interview today, the Chief Executive Officer for Mfum farms Nana Akwasi Mfum used the opportunity to appeal to the NGOs and stakeholders to come his aid

On his part, Nana Poku the general supervisor of Mfum farms also added his voice by saying the heavy rainfall has cost them huge money which they will be needed financial support from government and other organizations to come to their aid.
