This was delivered by Mrs Louisa Atta Agyemang ( Deputy CEO of National Health Insurance Authority)during a commission of modern state of arts NHIA office block for Atwima Mponua District Health Insurance Scheme at Nyinahin.
According to Mrs Louisa Atta Agyemang, NHIA seek the Welfare and consent of every citizens and hence the program as it would be done on the birthday of the each citizens to attends free health screening
