The National Democratic Party (NDC) Chairman for the Amasaman Constituency, John Desmond Sowah Nai says elections is not about the financial capacity of a political party but the integrity and honesty of political parties.
Addressing the media during a football gala organized by the NDC Parliamentary Candidate, Sedem Afenyo in Adjen Kotoku, Mr. Nai indicated that winning an election is not about syrength but is about tactics and the NDC is going to do everything possible to prevent any form of electoral manipulation in this December 7 election.
He says he is very confident that the NDC will take back power from the NPP, who had consciously drove the country into economic crisis.
Mr. Sowah Nai also admonished all supporters and Ghanaians to vote this elections as refusing to cast their votes may result in the declaration of an incompetent president who is further going to put the country in distress.
He stated further that elections are critical for democracy and as such, it is the responsibility of every Ghanaian to vote to elect their preferred leader to lead the country forward.
Mr. Nai stressed that John Dramani Mahama is the best candidate to lead Ghana forward and for this reason, every Ghanaian should vote for him.
He accused the Electoral Commission and the NPP of planning to rig this election, emphasizing that the NDC will pay critical attention to this year’s election and reject any means to manipulate it.
He concluded by urging all Ghanaians to vote for John Dramani Mahama and Sedem Afenyo to take this nation forward.
