Majority Leader of Parliament, Alexander Afenyo-Markin has told President Mahama to stop lamenting and fix Ghana’s challenges.
Speaking after President Mahama’s SONA, Mr. Afenyo-Markin stated that President Mahama’s adress was full of lamentations, with the same story being told.

According to him, President Mahama has packaged his address in a language as though Ghana is having a new beginning and for this reason, if he has concerns, he needs to fix them instead of lamenting.
”The president came to this house with the familiar story, the usual lamentations. He packaged it in a language ad though we have a new beginning,” he said.
”If the president has any concerns, his duty is to fix it.”
