Founder and President of the Africa Center for Economic Transformation (ACET), Dr. K. Y. Amoako has called for a strategic financing approach to push Ghana’s development goals.
According to him, “Ghana needs a comprehensive financing strategy, one that will align different finance sources to our vision.”
Speaking at the National Economic Dialogue on March 3, 2025, Dr. Amoako emphasized on the need to manage funds to push Ghana’s economic transformation goals.
He suggested that Ghana should ensure that resources are directed to projects that seeks to drive long-term goals.
“A Ghana development finance platform that will bring in development assistance to Ghana, including accessing the progress we are making in our policy and programme reforms to ensuring that resources are not duplicative, wasted or misalign with our governmental vision,” he added.
