The market women at Nana Afia-Kubi Market (Abinkyi Market) in Kumasi of the Ashanti Region have sung praises on the Ashanti Regional Minister, Hon Dr. Frank Amoakohene for his selfless and innovative move towards the development of the region.
According to them ,they are willing to work with him and support him in solving the challenges that the market women are facing in general in the various markets in the region.
Speaking with the media by the Public Relations Officer at Abinkyi Market, Mrs Janet Boamah said the humble move made by the regional minister to bring market women and men together to revive businesses in the region is historic.
They are pleading to all stakeholders to throw their support behind the minister for development.
In addition,some of the executive members in the market also outlined some challenges that confronted Nana Afia Kobi Market.
