EMBRACE THE RICH CULTURE AND TRADITIONS,ABLEKUMA ASAFOATSE TO UPCOMING YOUTH

 

The Asafoatse of Ablekuma Asafoatse Otubour Ɔnsurogya,has urged Parents to allow their children to learn their culture and Traditions during the festival celebration to enable them recognized their lineage and stop criticizing it’s celebrations as rituals.

Aaccording to him, the rich Culture and Traditions are vanishing gradually due to how the upcoming youth have embraced and portraying the whitemen Cultural recently stressing, some parents too also criminalize by condemn culture and Traditions with the belief that, it’s a satanic act that makes the upcoming youth distance themselves from Festival cerebration with the intention of rituals.


“There is a need for parents to allow their children to learn the rich culture and Traditions of their Lands and brush out any negative intentions on festival celebration.”

He made the statement when the Sempe Mensah Royal Family of Ablekuma,_ were Celebrating it’s turn of Homowo,where he used the occassion to charged the upcoming youth to be proactive in embracing Festivals celebration to acquire knowledge of the Rich Culture and Traditions of their lands.

Nii Larbi Mensah,the Chief of Ablekuma Sempe Mensah Royal Family on his part,used the occasion to admonish Ghanaians Youth to eschew any bad behaviour to ensure Discipline devoid of inter-conflicts and violence.

The traditional leader pleaded with the youth to peacefully resist any voilence trying to influence them to foment trouble whiles, also charged them to be torerant with each other peacefully by showing love towards each other for unity, calm and peace in Ablekuma.

Finally, the Ablekuma Mankralo Nii Okasa ll reiterated the need for natives of the Ablekuma community to allow their children to partake in festival celebrations
