I, *Naa Odjenma I of Adjen Kotoku and Greater Accra UN Peace Ambassador*, humbly call on all chiefs, elders, youth, and residents of Greater Accra to embrace peace and unity as we prepare to celebrate the Homowo Festival.
Homowo is a sacred time to sow peace, share food, and strengthen the bonds that unite us as one people. Let us set aside our differences, reject violence, and uphold the values of love, respect, and togetherness that our ancestors handed down to us.
As we sprinkle Kpokpei and pour libation, may we also pour peace into our homes, communities, and across the entire Greater Accra Region.
May Greater Accra be blessed with peace before, during, and after Homowo.
