*ADJEN KOTOKU, GREATER ACCRA* — *Hon. Odartei Mohammed (A.M)* will on *Friday, 7th August 2026* inaugurate the *Neighborhood Watch Committee (N.W.C)* for Adjen Kotoku in a move aimed at strengthening security and maintaining peace in the area.
The inauguration ceremony is scheduled to take place at the *Kotoku District Police Station*.
Speaking ahead of the event, Hon. Odartei Mohammed said the N.W.C was established to support the Police and promote community-led security in Adjen Kotoku.
“The purpose of the Neighborhood Watch Committee is to help us monitor our neighborhoods, prevent crime, and ensure that Adjen Kotoku remains a safe place for all residents,” he stated.
He explained that the committee will work hand-in-hand with the Police to identify security concerns, promote vigilance, and encourage residents to take an active role in protecting their community.
Hon. Odartei Mohammed has therefore invited all community leaders, unit committee members, assembly members, residents, and other stakeholders to attend the inauguration.
