Former Black Stars captain and also Chairman of the NPP 2024 manifesto committee on Youth and Sports, Asamoah Gyan aka Baby Jet is optimistic about developing a better policy for Ghana sports.
Speaking in a sideline interview with Kwadwo Baffour after the inaugural ceremony of the various committees tasked to execute and drive NPP campaigns and manifesto at the Alisa Hotel in Accra, Asamoah Gyan noted that , his track records will do the talking in the drafting of the manifesto in the area of sports.
He added that, he and his abled team will work on a good and productive structure that will benefit the entire country and beyond the scope of sports.
He therefore said that he was grateful for the recognition because he started serving his mother in Ghana in his infancy and he continues to support and serve in his vision and capacity.
He therefore commended the Save Ghana Sports Demonstrators for their outlined 15-pointed petition to the government and he further assured them that, some of the points will be addressed in the manifesto.
