Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has praised President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo for his remarkable achievements during his presidency, asserting that history will honor his impactful contributions.
During the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) manifesto launch in Takoradi on August 18, Dr. Bawumia stated that he is very impressed and expressed admiration for the president’s leadership and his efforts across various sectors, including infrastructure, healthcare, education, and digitalization.
He explained that his transformative policies such as the Free SHS policy, One District One Factory, and the digital system has not only impacted the lives of millions of Ghanaians but have also established a solid foundation for the future of Ghana in terms of development.
Dr. Bawumia reiterated the president’s commitment to ensuring that the lives of Ghanaians are better by introducing programs that will help reduce inequality, particularly for marginalized groups.
according to him, he is very confident that President Akufo-Addo’s legacy would be remembered for generations.
“We promised change and we have made significant progress. Mr. President, history will be kind to you, and you shall be remembered for your unprecedented achievements and the millions of lives you have touched. We are eternally grateful,” he said.
