
The Foursquare Gospel Church in Ghana celebrated its 50th Anniversary on December 1, 2024, at Foursome City (formerly Central University), marking a significant milestone in the church’s journey.
The event highlighted God’s goodness in expanding the church and strengthening its congregation both nationally and internationally.
Addressing the media, General Overseer of the Foursquare Gospel Churxh in Ghana, Reverend Dr. Francis Sey reflected on the church’s growth from a small congregation to a vibrant community with numerous members.
He emphasized the church’s commitment to spreading God’s word, which he considers essential for the spiritual growth of Christians.

According to him, for the next five years, the church will work extensively to ensure that the message of God reaches the world.
Rev. Dr. Sey also underscored the church’s dedication to the well-being of its members, noting support initiatives in education, healthcare, and financial care.
He highlighted the church’s role in advocating for peace and collaborating with other churches to resolve disputes within communities.
In light of Ghana’s upcoming elections, Rev. Dr. Sey called for peace and urged Ghanaians to avoid violence, emphasizing the importance of unity during this politically sensitive time.

He encouraged citizens to be advocates for peace rather than conflict.
He also reminded drivers and passengers to exercise caution as the festive season approaches.
