Parents have been implored to prioritize imparting sound advice and guidance to their children from engaging in indiscipline, violence, and immoral conduct recently, which possess the national security threat.
Nana Opoku Mintah ll, Chief of Kwahu Tafo, speaking at a gethering during “Akwasidae” over the weekends, highlighted the recent reports indicating that most Student and youth have been involving with multiple Voilence and indiscipline, so therefore, underscores the necessity for parents to forge closer bonds with their children, nurturing them with counsel to abstain from such immoral behaviors, thereby aiding them in forging a promising future.

Hence, he emphasized that, government should allow Teachers to have responsibility to guide and encourage the students in doing the right thing by bringing back the corporal punishment for them to play their role in combating indiscipline since they play an important role in the society to take some responsibility by ensuring the students avoid and engaging in bad behavior.

In Furtherance, He advised that, measures should be put in place like CCTV camera devices and other metal detection gadgets should be installed in school entrance to ensure the safety of the students and the teachers base on the recent occurrence in the SHS composes to replace the removal of corporal punishment.
