Young Christian Workers of St Joseph Catholic Church, New Boy Town, Niiboi man, Extend End‑of‑Year Care to the Aged
At the close of the year, the Young Christian Workers (YCW) of St Joseph Catholic Church in niiboiman, New Market, gathered what little they could to bring a modest gift to the elderly in their community. Though the president admitted that funds were tighter than hoped, the group refused to let the shortfall stop them.

Speaking to _The Telegraph Online_, the president explained, “Even a small act can make a big difference. We may not have enough to cover everything, but we can still put a smile on those who need it most.”
The YCW organized food parcels, blankets and a few simple gifts, which were presented during a brief ceremony at the church hall. In their remarks, they urged fellow parishioners to remember that charity isn’t measured by the size of the gift, but by the willingness to give, especially to the seniors who have given so much to us.
“We hope this small gesture inspires others to lend a hand,” the president added. “Let’s keep the spirit of giving alive all year round.”
The effort shows that even limited resources, when pooled together by dedicated young workers, can create lasting warmth for those who need it most
