The Chief of Kwahu Obomeng Nana Effah Opinamang III, has issued a stern warning to the youth, especially the young ladies who put on indecent dressing during the Easter festivities to expose their breasts and private parts to desist from it.
Speaking about the upcoming Kwahu Easter celebration in an interview, he revealed his displeasure about the prevailing trend of the way the youth dressed during the occasion stressing, that some of the youth also exhibit some behaviors that do not augur well and are portrayed to visitors during the period defeats the purpose for the celebrations and admonished the youth to comport themselves, desist from indulging in excess drinking, drug intake and other criminal activities that will bring the entire Kwahu Easter into disrepute during the occasion.
In furtherance, he explained that the festival intended to educate and advised the youth to learn more about their traditions to know more about their costumes.
On the issue of traffic prevention, Nana Owusu Amoako,”Akwamuhene” Oseikrm Nkawkaw, appealed to the drivers during the Easter Festivity to park well to pave the way for commuters and traders to enhance smooth access for businesses and expressed hope that this year’s Easter is going to be extraordinary because it’s an election year so, therefore, that will make the stretch motorable.
