You did not fix dumsor- Minority tells Mahama

The Minority in Parliament has denied claims made by President John Dramani Mahama that he fixed ‘dumsor.’

Addressing the press in Parliament on Monday, March 3, 2025, Former Minister of Finance, Dr. Amin Adam stated that President John Dramani Mahama’s record is abysmal and cannot be compared to his predecessor, former President Nana Addo Danquah Akufo-Addo, who kept the lights on.

According to Amin Adam, President Mahama has a poor record when it comes to addressing power challenges as throughout his administration, Ghana recorded power shortages.

“You did not fix dumsor. Your record on dumsor is abysmal, unlike your predecessor who kept the lights on.”

He seized the opportunity to call on President Mahama to release a timetable due to unstable power supply, which is being recorded in some parts of the country.
