Head Count Initiative Encourages Participation Among Cathecist
In a bid to strengthen unity and progress within the Cathecist in Kaneshie Deanery , Madam Catherine recently spearheaded a head count initiative. With 137 members on record, the attendance of 70 individuals was deemed encouraging. The primary objective of this initiative is to track attendance, identify challenges hindering participation, and foster a culture of active engagement among members.
Madame Catherine intends to personally visit members who were unable to attend, with the aim of understanding their circumstances and encouraging fuller participation in future activities. By doing so, she underscores the significance of every member being actively involved in the group’s endeavors.
This proactive approach is anticipated to yield positive outcomes, enhancing the overall cohesion and advancement of the Cathecist in the deanery.
