Nana Baffour Awuah II, the chief of Manso Moseaso, has enstooled Nana Adowa Gyamfua as the new queen mother of the community. The colorful ceremony was attended by dignitaries and community members.
In his address, Nana Baffour Awuah II urged Nana Adowa Gyamfua to be proactive in driving developmental projects in the community. He emphasized the importance of her role in promoting the welfare of the people.
Nana Adowa Gyamfua, in her acceptance speech, called on the community to desist from invoking curses, which she believes hinders the progress of the community. She expressed her commitment to working tirelessly for the betterment of Manso Moseaso.
The new queen mother also expressed concern about the alarming rate of teenage pregnancy in the community. She vowed to work with stakeholders to address this issue and promote the education and empowerment of young girls.
