YOUTH URGED TO STAY AWAY FROM DRUGS
The Prampram Lomotey-Weh Lakpleh Family,Asafoatse Tetteh Akroboso lll, has advised the youth to refrain from drugs, particularly, cocaine that could ruin their lives.
Asafoatse Tetteh Akroboso lll,*gave the advised during a gathering of Lomotey-We Lakple Family’s homowo get-together at Prampram, where he admonished the Family Members to stay united, Love one another and Be each other’s keepers to ensure peace and Stability in the family.
In Furtherance, Asafoatse Tetteh Akroboso lll, used the occassion to called on the young people against experimenting with drugs since this eventually leads them to drug addiction stressing, issues of drug abuse often begins when individuals desire explore and experiment with their curiosity in most cases become drug addicts.
According to him,there are a lot of challenges affecting the youth these days and has observed that drug dealers always targeted the youth recently, so therefore advised them to avoid any substances that could modify their mood to have serious effects on their health.
He appealed to all stakeholders to join the fight against drug abuse to save lives as well as the wellbeing of the country’s present generation to become responsible leaders in future hence, encouraged all Ghanaians to get involved in fighting the use of illicit drugs across the country and stop the sale of drugs to help eliminate or reduce the menace.
