KWAHU WEST MCE CUT SOD FOR MASSIVE INFRASTRUCTURAL PROJECTS
The Kwahu West Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), Hon. Tamimu Halidu, has cut sod for the execution of several developmental projects in the Kwahu West Municipality, whiles handed over the Contracts documents to the contractors to build Schools,” Both Small Water and Mechanic Boreholes projects in the Municipality.

Speaking after the sod-cutting event, Hon. Tamimu Halidu expressed, the projects was funded from the Municipal Assembly’s Common Fund and Internal Generated Fund (lGF), which the projects includes, Kindergarten Block with ancillary facilities and Sick-bay for “Nkawkaw Salvation Army School,” also with a similar projects of Kindergarten block with same ancillary facilities with Sick-bay at “Kokompe Islamic Basic School” respectively, aiming to provide the pupils with a conducive learning environment.

In Furtherance, a related development, Grounds Break for the construction of a modern office for Ambulance Service at NKAWKAW, in the Kwahu West Municipality and the HeadKwahu West Municipal Ambulance Service Principal E. M. Benjamin Yerenkyi expressed profound gratitude to the MCE, Hon. Tamimu Halidu for the great projects and according to him the Ambulance Service office project, when completed will enhance the administrative work of the communities and ease the stress among people respectively.
Finally,Kwahu Obomeng Kontihene,Nana Kwasi Dwamina Anim ll,used the occasion to advised the contractors to execute the projects according to it’s specifications on schedule stressing, the initiatives aimed to improve infrastructure more accessible within the municipality and to enhance health delivery in the area.
